Getting Closer!

Yesterday (Oct. 29th) meant only 2 more months until the wedding!
...And today is even closer!

I'm excited! But, I'm also realizing that I absolutely HAVE to send out invitations ASAP.
It's going to get a little crazy as I try to wrap things up at X-Fab, try to find a new job, and move to Austin.

I'm getting closer to Leaving Lubbock.

Cat's Out of the Bag

I told my boss today that I'm moving to Austin. My last day at X-Fab will be November 30th!

I'm excited to be able to move and hopefully start a new job and work towards building The Kinney Ranch ;)
But really, God has blessed Brian and I a lot and big things are happening in our lives!
Brian got his job offer from American Constructors (the company he did his internship with last summer). I'm leaving later today for an interview in Austin with Air Products. Hopefully something will work out - I'd like to have a job in the semiconductor industry, but we'll see.

It feels nice to have things out in the open with my boss. I was scared to do it, but now, it feels more official and I can be more excited about my new life!

Engaged Encounter

Brian and I are going on an Engaged Encounter retreat this weekend at Mercy Retreat Center.
We'll let you know how it goes! (So this is me letting you know that we went, and it was AWESOME!)

Last night, we went dancing at Wild West - it was great! I think we're getting better :)
You should come dance with us some time!

Also, Oct. 19th, I'm going to Austin for an interview with Air Products. Wish me luck!
