We're buying a house! Brian and I have been looking around for a few months now and have finally found a deal we couldn't pass up. For those of you that are familiar with the area, it's in Blackhawk, just west of the amenities center. I know this may come as a bit of a shock to some of you and it's not that we really wanted to move, but we thought that it was a good time to buy and this house will definitely be an investment. We'll still be remodeling the house on Jacobson too. And, yes I know, I really need to post some before and after pictures of that. But, for now, I have pictures of the house we're buying. We had the inspection today and everything went well, other than a few sprinkler heads that need adjusting. We'll close on October 20th. :)
