Saturday, Brian and I went out past Idalou to the Apple Butter Festival.
It was fun: Live bluegrass, Apple turnovers, and a Petting zoo! :)
Well, we bought some apples and I made my very first apple pie.
It was absolutely delicious!
Well, there's still some left as you can see.
...but there probably won't be for long.
I like to bake - it keeps me busy (and the results aren't bad either).
